Our experience started with a walk though by the team. We then collaboratively developed a marketing strategy and timeline. Staging, professional photography and a video walk through came next. They set us up with an online workflow map with timelines for each step. When it came time for showings, we loved the online booking app - it gave us a text each time a showing was booked! Combined with the team's recommendations regarding pricing and the pre marketing effort the result was multiple offers after less than a day's showings.
