Meet Bridget Gatschene
Real Estate AgentMy name is Bridget Gatschene, and I work closely alongside Marcus and Kara as part of the A Team, collaborating to provide thoughtful, well-coordinated support for every client we serve. Born and raised in London, I know my way around the city. I grew up in the White Oaks neighbourhood attending Nicholas Wilson Public School, Laurier High School and eventually King's University to study Psychology; though I quickly found out that wasn't my passion. In 2014 I discovered the power of real estate with the purchase of my first home, a fixer-upper in my neighbourhood. I quickly learned the value of renovating and building equity. That hands-on experience later led to the successful flip of a home near the gravel pit in Byron and set the foundation for my journey into investing. In 2018, I purchased my first multi-family investment property, a six-unit converted schoolhouse in SoHo, where I gained invaluable experience with property management, renovations, and the Residential Tenancies Act. By 2020, I had refinanced and acquired a nearby ten-unit property, reinforcing the importance of strategic planning and practical, informed investing. These real-world experiences shape the way I guide buyers, sellers, and investors today. When I am not managing my properties or helping clients reach their own real estate goals, you'll find me gaming (Playstation being my console of choice), catching live concerts (I always look forward to Rock the Park), exploring new restaurants (and probably ordering Salmon with a fun drink) or travelling (usually to Mexico to celebrate my birthday and escape the cold Canadian winter).
